Is my booking final when booking with your online system?
Bookings are NOT final until you receive an email FROM OUR STAFF FINALIZING THE DETAILS of your inquiry or booking through our site.

Can I have the Artisan Paletas served instead of the novelty ice cream?

Any other fees you need to consider?
Prices shown include all taxes and fees excluding tip and travel fee. Travel fees are the same across the board for our Truck and Cart Rentals. Processing fee 2.6% is added for payments through cards, invoice, and Venmo/Zelle.
Late-Night Service Premium
Events with service starting or extending past 8:00 PM are subject to a late-night service premium to cover extended staffing and logistics. $50 flat fee (Applies once per event)
Is there a travel fee?
Complimentary within 20 miles from 91352
21 – 35 miles > $45 travel fee
36 – 50 miles > $95 travel fee
51 – 60 miles > $145 travel fee
Travel fees are applied once per event based on distance from our base location.
Can I customize the VW or modify it?
We allow for banners, or decals on the windows. No decals or stickers are allowed on the paint itself.
What areas do you serve?
We provide ice cream truck, ice cream cart, and gelato cart catering throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, and San Bernardino County. For San Bernardino and San Diego Counties there is a minimum number of servings. Ask us if this applies to you.
