FAQ’s
Does the truck have hand scooped or soft-serve ice cream?
No, modern ice cream truck, push carts, and VW Bus only carry prepackaged ice cream.
What is the latest I need to notify your company for a cancellation?
We request at least 48 hours’ notice as a courtesy.
Any other fees you need to consider?
Prices shown include all taxes and fees excluding tip and travel fee. Travel fees are the same across the board for our Truck and Cart Rentals. Processing fee for Card, Venmo, Zelle, and Invoices is 2.6%.
Is there a travel fee?
>$0: for locations 0-20 miles from 91352
>$40: for locations 21- 30 miles
>$70: for locations 31-40 miles
>$100: for locations 41-50 miles
>$130: for locations 51-60 miles
Is there a minimum?
Our standard package of 50 ice creams is our minimum and customization of amount of ice cream you would like begins from there.
What if I don’t see the time slot I want listed on your calendar?
Please reach out to us if your specific day and time slot shows unavailable as this does not always reflect accordingly due to the limitations of our third-party booking application.
I booked online. Is this all I need to do? Are we confirmed?
Once you book online using our third-party booking system, our staff will review your request and reach out via email or phone call to confirm any questions or details in need of clarification. At that point any updates will be made in our online system of changes and an automated email confirmation is sent to your email. We are now all set to serve your event!
What if I need more ice cream served the day of the event? Is this possible?
Yes! Let our driver Albert know if you would like us to continue serving once your designated booked amount is reached. Albert will notify and wait for approval before continuing serving to avoid any unwanted charges. Each additional ice cream is $3.95. You may also make note in the comments section during the booking process if you would like our driver to continue serving or stop at the booked quantity prior to the event.
Can I only request ice cream served and no candy, chips, or beverages?
Yes, of course! However, the pricing for your package remains the same.
What form of payment do you accept? When do I pay?
We accept Venmo, all major credit cards, check, and cash. You may pay prior to the event via invoice or wait till the day of the event. For cart rentals we ask for payment once setup is complete. For truck rentals we ask for payment once your time duration is complete as there may be a want for additional items and pricing at that point would be adjusted.
Do you have general liability and permits?
Yes, of course! We have all permits and necessary insurance.

We serve events throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, and San Bernardino County.
