What quantity of ice cream can the Bus hold?
Our VW Bus is able to hold up to 1,000 individual ice creams. For larger requests the Bus will include a matching color Cart that can hold an additional 250 individual ice creams.
How many types of Ice Cream can be chosen?
All events will have the option of choosing up to 5 flavors/types of ice cream.
Any other fees you need to consider?
Prices shown include all taxes and fees excluding tip and travel fee. Travel fees are the same across the board for our Truck and Cart Rentals. Processing fee when using card payment, Venmo, Zelle or invoice is 2.6%.
Travel Fees:
>$0: for locations 0-20 miles from Burbank
>$35: for locations 21- 30 miles
>$60: for locations 31-40 miles
>$85: for locations 41-50 miles
>$100: for locations 51-60 miles
Can I customize the Bus or modify it? Can guests take pictures inside the bus?
We are unable to allow wraps at this moment, but you may hang banners for brand activation or birthday parties. Yes! Guests may sit in the front or back to take pictures. Photobooth will be available inside the vehicle, coming soon!
Is there a minimum?
Our standard package of 50 ice creams is our minimum and customization of amount of ice cream you would like begins from there. You can add any amount of ice cream to any given package for $3.95 each additional ice cream.
